WATCH: No. 8 OK State survives feisty Iowa State on this game-winning TD

Iowa State was never supposed to keep up with No. 8 Oklahoma State. Unless, of course, you believed a 2011 repeat was plausible, which was when the Cyclones upset one of the best Cowboy squads the school had seen.
Saturday in Ames, Iowa, ISU led Oklahoma State 31-21 in the second half, but after a J.W. Walsh 16-yard TD scamper with 11:33 remaining, the Pokes cut the lead to three. Then, Oklahoma State marched down the field on a 77-yard touchdown drive to take its first lead of the game. Here's the play that clinched the victory:
Walsh hooked up with true freshman Jeff Carr on a short touchdown pass to keep the Cowboys undefeated. It probably wasn't quite how Mike Gundy and company drew it up, but a win is a win.
Oklahoma State's playoff hopes are still alive.
