Utah coach Kyle Whittingham says USC has 'best talent' in Pac-12

USC has lost two of its last three games, including the first time the program has lost consecutive home games since 2001. 

ESPN.com's Kevin Gemmell reports Whittingham feels that USC has the "best talent" in the conference and feels every coach in the Pac-12 would agree with him.

Meanwhile, USC is unranked and Utah is No. 3 overall in the country.
