Tennessee players burning the midnight oil

To truly turn around a football program, coaching, talent, strength and conditioning, facilities, fan support and tradition all mean nothing if the players don't buy in and push themselves to new limits in the offseason.
If this is the year Tennessee finally does retake their place amongst the elite in the SEC, their success will ultimately be forged on nights like Thursday, when the team was hard at work under the lights of Neyland Stadium well after midnight.

The team appears to have completely bought in to Butch Jones' program and with the talent now on the roster, the team's potential for excellence is within their grasp. While Coach Jones wasn't present at the late night workout, he did express his pleasure at the work his team is putting in this summer.
