Tennessee featuring open practice over the weekend

Published Aug. 14, 2015 6:38 p.m. ET

The Tennessee Volunteers will be welcoming their fans back to Neyland Stadium to embrace the 2015 football season with an open practice this weekend:

The coaching staff has encouraged fans to come out and help replicate the game day environment for the young players that have yet to experience playing under the light of Neyland Stadium. The open practice under Butch Jones typically features blaring music and a hype atmosphere to entertain those in attendance.

In fact, last season's open practice began the legend that has become "Third Down For What." After Butch Jones noted the level of intensity shift with the song blaring in the background, it became a staple of Neyland Stadium and soon fellow colleges and NFL stadiums started using the song in the same method.

Could a new tradition be born this weekend on Rocky Top? You'll have to be in attendance to find out.
