Steve Sarkisian says he needs to coach USC players to finish plays

USC lost in a crushing home defeat to Stanford, bringing their record to 2-1 before conference play vs. ASU this weekend.

“There’s obviously still a bad taste in our mouth but I think our players understand there’s plenty left out there for us this season, a great deal that we can accomplish,” said Sarkisian, according to the Los Angeles Times

Sarkisian also explained that Stanford gave his team "a myriad of personnel groupings, formations" and his Trojans needed to get aligned and assigned.

“I don’t have any problem about us making adjustments," said Sarkisian. "I think at the end of the day we need to coach our guys better to finish on plays."
