It's finally Seth Russell's time to shine.

Russell, the latest cog to enter Art Briles' plug-and-play, high-powered Baylor offense, seems destined for stardom. After following Robert Griffin III and Bryce Petty, conventional wisdom would say the next guy in line for the Baylor quarterback job should feel immense pressure.

But could Russell be feeling more pressure from somewhere else -- somewhere near and dear to his heart?
