Report: LSU quarterback Hayden Rettig transferring from Tigers

Redshirt freshman quarterback Hayden Rettig will transfer from LSU, according to a NOLA.com report.

Rettig attempted only two passes in the Tigers' spring game and was listed No. 3 on the depth chart behind Anthony Jennings and Brandon Harris.

According to NOLA.com, Boston College is one possible destination for Rettig, who declined to comment on where he might end up.

Rettig was a four-star recruit from Los Angeles.
