Lewis Kindle threw two touchdown passes and North Carolina A&T played strong defense as the Aggies dominated Lynchburg 40-7 Saturday night.

North Carolina A&T (2-1) got off to a fast start and didn't look back. Two first quarter touchdown passes by Kindle, one to Darren Bullock for 18 yards and a 34-yard pass to Marquis Gorham helped North Carolina A&T gain a 21-7 first quarter lead. Kindle finished 16-for-27 with 217 yards.

The Aggies added to their lead after D'Vonte Graham returned a punt 65 yards for a touchdown.

Lynchburg, members of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association, went into halftime trailing 31-7. The Hornets lone score came on Keith Lewis' 45-yard interception return for a touchdown. Lynchburg's offense, however, failed to put points on the board.
