Michigan player says Jim Harbaugh advocates just one cause

INDIANAPOLIS — Michigan has 14 players here at the Combine, which means there are some good opportunities for colorful Jim Harbaugh stories. I asked Wolverine D-lineman Ryan Glasgow for his best one. Instead, he preferred to share some of his favorite Harbaugh sound bites. The Michigan coach likes to say he "takes one vitamin a day, and it's called a steak."

The other sound bite Glasgow mentioned reflected the only political message Harbaugh gave to his football team last fall.

"When politics were heating up in our country with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton he just said, ‘We support no cause, foreign or domestic, except for the advancement of Michigan football,'" Glasgow said.

"That was a personal favorite of mine. That was a good one."
