Dallas Cowboys legend Michael Irvin became “The Playmaker” during his stint at Miami in the 1980s, and now his son will have the chance to follow in his footsteps in Coral Gables.
Michael Irvin, Jr., a three-star tight end from Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas, committed to the Hurricanes this afternoon.
