Maryland gets verbal commitment from Pennsylvania safety

Mike Viti, a big safety prospect listed 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, verbally committed to Maryland on Sunday. 

He is an unrated prospect from Cedar Cliff (Pa.) Camp Hill. 

Scout.com reported Viti received an offer based on his performance at the Terrapins camp. 

Viti is the Terps' 12th verbal member of the 2016 class and the first player to commit to Maryland in June.
