LSU hosting some big recruits for Auburn game
Any high-profile SEC clash will attract droves and droves of elite recruits. The LSU-Auburn clash Saturday at Tiger Stadium is no different.
TigerSportsDigest compiled a list of the prospects set to take in what should be a very competitive contest. LSU is slated to host recruits from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 classes.
Three big names in the '16 group include defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence, offensive tackle Willie Allen and linebacker Dontavious Jackson. The trio are all currently uncommitted, and are seriously considering Les Miles' program. Lawrence and Allen are two of the best prospects from the state of Louisiana. Jackson is a very talented linebacker out of Texas.
Interestingly enough, Florida State commitment Kyle Meyers and Texas A&M commitment Irvin Smith will also reportedly be at the game.
In the 2017 class, the two notables slated to be in attendance are Dylan Moses and Ben Miles.
Moses had made waves as a freshman, when he committed to LSU. He's since backed off of that pledge, but still has considerable interest in LSU. Miles is the son of LSU's head coach. It would be pretty shocking to see the fullback end up anywhere other than in Baton Rouge.
Miles and his staff are incredibly active when it comes to recruiting. On this Saturday alone, there will be 47 prospects ready to experience a raucous and crazy home crowd.
