Four-star QB Devon Modster announced on Monday that he had committed to UCLA.

Modster is ranked as the No. 21 QB in the country and the No. 4 QB in California, according to Scout.com.
The 6'2", 215 pound QB originally committed to Arizona; however, he backed out of that commitment to the Wildcats in December.
Modster took an official visit to UCLA this past weekend.
