Mark your calendars: Here's your comprehensive college football bowl schedule for the 2014-15 season.

It's safe to say New Year's once again belongs to college football. The so-called "New Year's Six" bowls were all great theater one way or another, and now the stage is set for Jan. 12's National Championship game in Arlington, Texas.

No. 2 Oregon (13-1) booked its ticket to Texas by destroying No. 3 Florida State (13-1) in the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day. The Ducks led by just five at halftime before pouncing on four Seminole turnovers in the third quarter and cruising to a 59-20 win. The loss was Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston's first ever as a collegiate athlete, and likely his last -- he's expected to enter the NFL draft.

The Ducks opponent will be No. 4 Ohio State (13-1), which went toe-to-toe with big, bad No. 1 Alabama (12-2), the SEC champions, and came out a 42-35 winner in the Sugar Bowl.

Perhaps the biggest snub from the Playoff Four made one very loud statement in its bowl game. No. 6 TCU (12-1) crushed No. 9 Ole Miss in Wednesday's Peach Bowl to the tune of 42-3. The win won't provide much solace to Horned Frog supporters, but they certainly backed up the opinion that they were given a raw deal by falling out of the top four in the final rankings.
