Joe Springer passed for 281 yards and three touchdowns and Brown rallied in the fourth quarter for a 35-28 Ivy League win over Dartmouth on Saturday.

Springer, who completed 22 of 42 passes for the Bears (5-4, 4-2), tied the game at 28 with a 30-yard pass to Alexander Tounkara.

After Springer got Brown to the Dartmouth 25 on its winning drive with two completions, running back Mark Kachmer carried five straight times, going over from the 2 for the winning score with 1:22 remaining.

Brown led 17-7 at halftime before the Big Green (5-4, 2-4) scored 21 straight third-quarter points.

Running back Nick Schweiger capped a 67-yard drive with a 1-yard touchdown run, then found Tanner Scott for a 62-yard pass later in the period to give Dartmouth a 21-17 lead.

Brown then was forced to punt, and Shawn Abuhoff returned it 76 yards to give Dartmouth an 11-point lead.
