4-star safety goes skydiving to announce Ole Miss pledge

Class of 2016 safety Deontay Anderson is ready to take his game to new heights on the collegiate level. And by new heights, he means thousands of feet in the air.

In what could be the coolest way to announce a college commitment, Anderson jumped out of a plane -- skydiving to the ground before revealing a pledge to Hugh Freeze and the Ole Miss Rebels.
The Manvel, Texas, native is one of the best safeties in the entire '16 class. Accruing offers from all across the country, Anderson is a long and athletic prospect. He can cover exceptionally well on the back-end, but can also fill run alleys and lay the boom on running backs and receivers.
Anderson looks primed to become the next great defensive member of the Ole Miss "landshark" defense.
