Xavier Musketeers pick up four-star point guard

Published Aug. 3, 2015 10:35 a.m. ET

Four-star point guard Quentin Goodin ended his recruitment on Sunday when he committed to head coach Chris Mack and Xavier during his official visit.

Goodin, a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky, committed to Xavier over Michigan, Western Kentucky, Florida and Miami.

Goodin follows in a long line of solid Xavier point guards, including Semaj Christon and Dee Davis. It would seem likely that he has a chance to start for the Musketeers as a freshman in 2016.
