Wis.-Milwaukee 76, Butler 52
Kaylon Williams recorded his first career triple-double and Wisconsin-Milwaukee ended Butler's Horizon League record 22-game winning streak 76-52 Monday night.
Williams finished with 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for the school's first triple-double since 1993. Anthony Hill scored 22 points, Tony Meier added 20 and Tone Boyle had 15 for the Panthers (8-8, 3-2).
Matt Howard scored 14 points to lead the Bulldogs (10-5, 2-1), whose last regular season loss in league play came at Milwaukee on Feb. 18, 2009.
The Panthers led 37-29 at halftime before taking command with a 15-2 run midway through the second half. Boyle scored eight points during the spurt and by the end Milwaukee was up 59-38 with 11:11 to play.
Butler, which had won six straight overall, never got closer than 18 the rest of the way and shot just 38.9 percent.
