White leads Nebraska-Omaha to 76-69 win over N. Dakota St.

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) Jake White scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds as Nebraska-Omaha beat North Dakota State 76-69 on Saturday.

White was 10 of 14 from the field for the Mavericks (17-10, 9-4 Summit League). Devin Patterson added 16 points, Tra-Deon Hollins had 14 points and Tre'Shawn Thurman chipped in 10.

Omaha trailed by a bucket, 29-27, with 3:22 to go in the first half when White struck from inside the paint, sparking a 7-2 push to finish the period with a 34-31 edge.

The Mavericks never trailed after that. White scored six points as part of a 12-7 run to open the second half that stretched Omaha's lead to 46-38 with 16:10 to play. Kyler Erickson made a 3-pointer to make it 62-49 with 7:45 left and the Mavericks cruised from there.

Khy Kabellis scored 21 points with four assists and five rebounds for the Bison (16-10, 6-6).
