Trinity Hall scored 18 points to lead five UMKC players in double figures and the Kangaroos defeated North Dakota 69-61 Saturday.
Jay Couisnard, Bernard Kamwa, Bakari Lewis and Michael Gholston each added 11 points for UMKC (6-4), which improved to 5-0 at home.
Patrick Mitchell and Troy Huff each scored 14 points to lead the Fighting Sioux (4-7).
The Kangaroos hit 10 3-pointers and dominated on the inside, outscoring the Fighting Sioux 36-12 in the paint and outrebounding them 38-29.

North Dakota led by eight in the first half and took a 33-31 advantage into halftime. But the Fighting Sioux shot only 37.9 percent in the second half while UMKC made 11-of-21 shots to take control.
