Cameron Moore scored 18 points and pulled down 16 rebounds, and Jordan Swing scored all 14 points in the second half to lead Alabama-Birmingham to a 70-65 victory over Jacksonville on Thursday night.

Swing, a sophomore from Birmingham who transferred from Western Kentucky and sat out last season, scored 10 of his points in the final 5 minutes to help the Blazers (3-7) seal the win.

His basket off a baseline drive with 54 seconds left on the clock gave UAB a 66-62 lead, and a pair of free throws at the 29 second mark put the Blazers up comfortably at 69-62.

The Dolphins (2-9) kept it close for nearly the entire game but never regained the lead after a Robert Williams 3-pointer with 16:27 left gave the Blazers a 38-36 advantage.
