Bo Ingram lead five Texas-Arlington players in double figures with 19 points as the Mavericks defeated Hardin-Simmons 88-71 Monday night.

Ingram had his second consecutive 19-point game while Jordan Reeves scored 17 and Bryant Smith had 14, both career highs. Cameron Catlett added 11 points and LaMarcus Reed finished with 10 for the Mavericks (4-1).

Matt Addison led the Cowboys (1-1) with 18 points while Dustin Massey and Jim Walter each scored 10.

Arlington rallied from an early deficit with a 27-13 run for a 38-33 halftime lead. The Mavericks pushed their advantage as many as 20 in the second half when they shot 53.8 percent.

Arlington, which outrebounded Hardin-Simmons 50-30, shot 46.3 percent overall while limiting the Cowboys to 39.7 percent.
