Jud Dillard scored 23 points and Tennessee Tech nearly held one of the country's most touted big men without a field goal as Tennessee Tech topped Green Bay 74-68 Thursday night in a nonconference game.

Dillard was 8 of 8 from the free-throw line and also led the Golden Eagles (5-3) with six rebounds.

Green Bay's Alec Brown - a 7-foot-1 NBA prospect - was 1 for 5 from the floor, scoring a layup with 1 second left in the game. He finished with six points, four rebounds and four fouls in 22 minutes.

Dennis Ogbe hit a 3 to put Tennessee Tech ahead 39-38 21 seconds into the second half, sparking a 13-2 run.

Green Bay (3-5) tied the game twice after that, but never regained the lead. Lanerryl Johnson's layup put the Golden Eagles up 66-64 with 2:36 left and they closed on a 10-4 run.
