NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP) Jacob Parker scored 17 points and gathered nine rebounds to lead Stephen F. Austin in a rout of Abilene Christian 64-48 on Thursday night.

Stephen F. Austin (19-2, 8-0 Southland) shot only 38 percent and was 10 of 14 from the line, but held Abilene Christian to 32 percent shooting on just 44 total shots. Nikola Gajic and Desmond Haymon added 11 points apiece for the Lumberjacks while Thomas Walkup had 10. Tanner Clayton was a force inside, blocking seven shots.

Julian Edmonson led Abilene Christian (7-14, 1-6) with 16 points and Parker Wentz added 11, though the guard committed eight turnovers.

SFA scored the first 12 points of the game and allowed just two baskets in the first 10:07 of the half, building a 21-5 lead en route to a 39-25 advantage at intermission.

Abilene Christian endured an 8:15 scoreless drought in the second half as well.
