Ricky Cadell scored 20 points, including the decisive three points in the final 23 seconds, and St. Francis (N.Y.) recovered from blowing a double-digit lead in time to defeat Mount St. Mary's 63-60 Thursday night.

The Terriers (12-14, 7-8 Northeast Conference) bolted to a 17-point lead in the first half and were up 36-21 at halftime. But the Mountaineers (10-18, 8-7) rallied to take their first lead on Jean Cajou's 3-pointer with 5:24 left. They went on to build a six-point lead, and the Terriers - bouncing back from two consecutive losses to conference-leading Long Island - answered with an 8-2 run to tie it.

Cadell scored on a layup with 23 seconds left to give St. Francis the lead for good and added a free throw with 1 second left for the final margin.

Lamar Trice led Mount St. Mary's with 17 points.
