LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) Nathan Sobey scored a career-high 26 points and Larry Nance Jr. added 17, but suffered a knee injury, putting a damper on Wyoming's 72-66 victory over Fresno State on Tuesday, which snapped the Bulldogs' five-game winning streak.

Nance was 7-of-9 shooting before he crashed to the floor with 14:51 to play. The Cowboys' leader in scoring, rebounds, blocks and steals laid on the court for several minutes holding his right knee before being helped off, unable to put any weight on the leg.

Tyler Johnson scored 24 points, while Marvelle Harris added 18 and Cezar Guerrero 13 for Fresno State (13-14, 6-8 Mountain West).

Wyoming (17-9, 8-5), which won its third straight, grabbed the lead for good when Josh Adams, who had 10 points, hit a fadeaway jumper to break a 40-all tie with 11:21 remaining.
