John McArthur had 12 points and seven rebounds and Evan Roquemore 10 points for the Broncos (6-3).
Alex Brandon scored 13 points and Craig Levinson and Terry Beazley 12 apiece for the Gladiators (2-10).
Leading 37-31 at the break, Santa Clara opened the second half with a 19-6 to take permanent control. McArthur had eight points during the surge.
