Jordair Jett scored 19 points, and Saint Louis used its long-range shooting to beat Villanova 80-68 Friday in the semifinals of the 76 Classic.
Saint Louis hit 14 of 27 3-pointers. Kyle Cassity made four 3s and Cody Ellis had three.
The Billikens (5-0) advanced to the tournament's championship game and will play the winner of Oklahoma-Santa Clara on Sunday.
Maalik Wayns' career-high 29 points led Villanova (4-1), and James Bell added 16 points.
The Billikens trailed by 10 points in the first half before hitting six 3-pointers as part of a 20-2 run that resulted in an eight-point lead. Saint Louis had nine 3-pointers, and only five two-point baskets, in the opening half to lead 38-34 at halftime.
Brian Conklin's layup gave the Billikens their largest lead at 58-44 with 12:05 to play.
