Jared Stohl scored 24 points to lead Portland to an 89-75 victory over Florida Atlantic in the final game of the Athletes in Action Classic on Sunday.

Luke Sikma, the tournament's most valuable player, added 15 points and tied a career high with 19 rebounds for Portland (3-0). Greg Gantt had 20 points and Raymond Taylor 18 for the Owls (2-1).

The Pilots shot 28 of 54 (52 percent) and hit 9 of 20 3-pointers.

It was close early before Portland rattled off 10 unanswered points to take a 40-29 lead.

The Pilots led 42-34 at halftime, then opened the second half on a 14-3 run. Florida Atlantic twice closed the deficit to 11, the last time at 76-65 with 4:45 left.

But the Pilots responded with eight straight points to put the game out reach. Kramer Knutson had 16 points and seven rebounds, and Eric Waterford scored 13.
