PHILADELPHIA (AP) Miles Jackson-Cartwright had 15 points and nine assists Saturday night to lead Penn over Dartmouth 74-65.

Penn (7-16, 4-5 Ivy League) went on an 11-2 second-half run to pull away from Dartmouth (9-15, 2-8) for a 68-53 lead with 6:13 to go.
