Garrett Sim scored 20 points to lead Oregon to a 74-66 victory over Prairie View on Wednesday night at the Global Sports Hoops Showcase.

Devoe Joseph added 19 points and E.J. Singler 13 for the Ducks (8-3).

Demondre Chapman scored 12 points to lead the Panthers (4-8), who haven't played a home game since Nov. 15. Jourdan Demunynck added 10.

Oregon shot 41 percent but was 10 of 21 from 3-point range.

Trailing 25-23 with 5 minutes left in the first half, Oregon went up 34-30 at halftime after Sim and Singler combined to score the Ducks' next 11 points, including three 3-pointers.

Sim gave Oregon a 57-44 lead when he made a 3-pointer with 10:29 left, but Prairie View charged back within 68-64 with 4:43 remaining on consecutive 3-pointers by Louis Munks. But the Panthers failed to score for nearly 4 minutes, while the Ducks made six free throws.
