Northern Colorado beats Jacksonville State 69-60

GREELEY, Colo. (AP) Tim Huskisson scored 24 points as Northern Colorado broke a three-game skid by beating Jacksonville State 69-60 on Saturday night.
Dominique Lee added 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Bears (5-5). Tevin Svihovec had 13 points.
The Gamecocks (7-5) went 11-2 to start the first period but the Bears battled back on a 13-3 run to end the half with their first lead of the game, 32-31.
The teams kept it close after the break as the lead changed hands six times in the first eight minutes of the second half and the Gamecocks emerged with a 52-48 edge with 7:19 to play. But the Bears crept back in the stretch to take a 67-60 lead and held on for the win.

D.J. Felder led the Gamecocks with 16 points and five rebounds.
