North Florida 84, Lipscomb 70

Travis Wallace turned in 24 points as North Florida won its third straight game, 84-70, over Lipscomb Monday in Atlantic Sun Conference action.

Wallace was fresh off earning Atlantic Sun Player of the Week honors and has scored 20-plus points in four straight after failing to do so in each of the Ospreys' first nine games.

Beau Beech scored 17 points and Parker Smith 16 as the pair went 5 of 11 and 4 of 9, respectively, from 3-point range for North Florida (6-8, 2-0). Smith entered sixth in the country with 3.7 3-pointers per game. Will Wilson added 11 assists.

Malcolm Smith led the Bisons (5-7, 0-2) with 18 points and 13 rebounds for his second double-double this year.

The Ospreys' Travis Wallace snapped a 62-all tie with a jumper with 6:59 left to spark a 10-1 run, and Lipscomb never pulled closer than seven points after that.
