Drew Lundberg scored 16 points to lead North Dakota State to an 88-55 victory over Valley City State on Monday night.
Marshall Bjorklund and reserve Andy Nagel scored 12 points apiece, and Freddy Coleman chipped in 10 points and six rebounds for the Bison (4-3).
North Dakota State shot a blistering 71 percent from the field in the first half in roaring to a 45-23 lead. The Bison finished at 65 percent in the game.
Calvin Kraft led the Vikings with 15 points, while Aaron Duske had 11. The Vikings led 9-6 early before North Dakota State scored 11 straight points, and the Bison led by double digits after the midway point of the first half.

Valley City State, an NAIA school, designated the game as an exhibition.
