Freshman Ryan Harrow scored 14 points and North Carolina State's young lineup ran past George Mason and into the Charleston Classic finals with a 78-65 victory Friday night.
The Wolfpack (3-0) will meet No. 20 Georgetown on Sunday night to close the eight-team tournament.
The Patriots (2-1) had wiped out a 10-point first-half lead and led 56-55 with 12 minutes to go. But Harrow regained the lead for North Carolina State and began a 17-5 run to take control for good.
Richard Howell, a sophomore, added 13 points and 11 rebounds. Fellow sophomore Scott Wood had four 3-pointers and 13 points for the Wolfpack.

Cam Long had 16 points to lead George Mason, which will meet Wofford in Sunday's third-place game.
