Gabe Rogers hit seven 3-pointers and scored a career-high 31 points as Northern Arizona defeated Pepperdine 88-74 Sunday.

Cameron Jones added 23 points and eight assist and Stallon Saldivar finished with nine assists for the Lumberjacks (4-2), who extended their winning streak to four and won in Malibu for the first time in 11 tries.

Keion Bell returned from a wrist injury to score a season-high 33 points to go along with six rebounds and six assists for the Waves (2-5). Mychel Thompson added 16 points.

There were nine ties and 12 lead changes in the first half before NAU went on a 9-0 run to go into the break up 47-37. The Lumberjacks led by double-digits the entire second half, and they went ahead by 20, 69-49, with a little more than 12 minutes to play.

NAU was without leading scorer Eric Platt, who missed the game due to illness.
