SMITHFIELD, R.I. (AP) Junior Robinson scored 17 points, hitting 10 of 12 from the free throw line, and Mount St. Mary's rolled to a 71-53 win over Bryant on Saturday.

Charles Glover added 13 points for Mount St. Mary's (13-16, 10-6 Northeast) and BK Ashe had 11 with 10 rebounds as the Mountaineers bounced back from Thursday's loss to Central Connecticut State.

Trailing by three in the first half, Mount St. Mary's broke away with a 10-0 run bookended with buckets from Taylor Danaher to make it 18-11 and led the rest of the way. The Mountaineers carried a 30-18 advantage into the break and held off Bryant throughout the second half.

Bryant (7-22, 4-12) cut the gap to single digits on a layup from Marcel Pettway to trail 58-50 with 3:13 left but it was as close as the Bulldogs would get.
