EMMITSBURG, Md. (AP) Rashad Whack hit 5 of 6 3-pointers and finished with 21 points as Mount St. Mary's beat Bryant 88-73 on Monday.

Sam Prescott and Julian Norfleet scored 16 apiece for Mount St. Mary's (12-15, 8-6 Northeast Conference). Taylor Danaher added 13, while Gregory Graves had 10 and nine rebounds. The Mountaineers made 54.5 percent of their shots, including 11 of 21 from 3-point range.

Three consecutive 3-pointers by Whack and Norfleet in the early stages of the second half pushed Mount St. Mary's lead to 59-40.

Alex Francis paced Bryant (17-12, 9-5) with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Joe O'Shea added 18 and Dyami Starks had 13. The Bulldogs made just 10 of 20 from the free throw line, while Mount St. Mary's hit 17 of 19.

Mount St. Mary's jumped out to a 48-34 lead and were up by as many as 17 in the first half.
