Moore scores 22 points, leads Cal over SE Louisiana 67-55

BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) Charlie Moore scored 17 of his 22 points in the first half and California posted a 67-55 victory over Southeastern Louisiana on Sunday night.

Moore, who entered the game as the Pac-12 Conference's No. 3 scorer averaging 19.8 points, made 4 of 6 from the 3-point arc. He led the Bears (4-1) in scoring for the third time in the past four games.

Ivan Rabb had his third straight double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds for Cal. Grant Mullins added 13 points and Kingsley Okoroh had 10 points and nine rebounds.

Davon Hayes led Southeastern Louisiana (4-3) with 11 points. Moses Greenwood added 10 points.

The Bears led by 22 points early in the second half before missing 10 straight shots. That allowed the Lions to climb to 48-39, but they didn't get closer.
