Montana State routs Northern New Mexico 111-61

Jourdain Allou scored 18 points, leading six players in double figures, and Montana State rolled to a 111-61 victory over Northern New Mexico Sunday night.

Christian Moon and Jaime Stewart each scored 14 points, Shawn Reid and Jeff Budinich had 13 apiece and Mohamed Fall tallied 10 for the Bobcats (1-1), who were coming off a loss Friday at Arizona State.

Montana State led 68-28 at halftime, making 29 of its 37 shots (78 percent), and ended the game at 64 percent shooting. Allou also had a game-high nine rebounds.

Demetrio Wade led Northern New Mexico with 13 points. The Eagles are members of the NAIA.
