Brian Qvale had game highs of 16 points and five blocked shots to lead Montana to an 85-50 victory over Great Falls on Thursday night.
Mathias Ward added 14 points for the Grizzlies (5-3), and Kareem Jamar had 11 points and a game-best nine rebounds.
Lukas Hambsch led the Argonauts (4-6) with 11 points. Great Falls, an NAIA school, counted the game as an exhibition.
The Grizzlies shot 50.9 percent (28 of 55) and outrebounded the Argos 40-25.
Jordan Wood's 3-pointer with 2:32 gone followed by seven straight points from Qvale created a 10-point run that made it 13-4 with 15:08 left in the first half.
Montana led 43-24 at halftime. Great Falls scored the first three points of the second half preceding a 16-0 Montana run that pushed the lead to 59-27 with 12:56 to play.
The lead peaked at 37 points, 75-38, with 5:38 left.
