Michigan fan gets Jim Harbaugh 'Saved by the Bell' tattoo
By Vincent Frank
This all sorts of awesome. It’s also about as awkward as all get out.
A Michigan fan by the social media name “Mark the Bromad” apparently paid up on a wager he made when the school was courting new head coach Jim Harbaugh.
As the story goes, the fan was so skeptical the program could hire the former San Francisco 49ers head coach that he indicated to the masses he would get a Harbaugh “Saved by the Bell” tattoo if the coach came to Ann Arbor.
Well Mark, the time has come to pay up on this ridiculous wager.
And did he ever…
Those of us who grew up on the show couldn’t have scarcely imagined it would be a prop in a wager like this. The good news here is that this tattoo didn’t include Harbaugh’s stage cousin, Screech.
We have to say, the ink isn’t as bad as it could have been.
It also might be worth it. If Michigan wins a couple titles, Mark isn’t going to be too worried about the tattoo. Heck, it would act as a nice conversation starter.
