Marquette coach Buzz Williams already has a win over Syracuse on this year's resume.
As for the rest of his bio, Williams described his career path in a wordy response that included a look back at handing out resumes in the hotel lobby of a Final Four, sleeping in a U-Haul, and a reference to the 1980s TV show ''Gimme A Break!'' There was a catch in his voice and he wiped his eyes when he talked about the day he received his college diploma.
Williams soaked up the moment after the Golden Eagles (21-14) beat Xavier to advance in the NCAA tournament.
He has a more familiar scouting report for Sunday's game: Big East rival Syracuse (27-7). Marquette beat the Orange in late January and believe his team can do it again.
