Josh Slater scored 30 points as Lipscomb came from behind to beat North Florida 80-76 on Monday.

North Florida led by as many as 12 points and shot 64 percent in the first half and held a 64-56 lead off a pair of free throws by Parker Smith with 8:06 to go. The Ospreys' shooting cooled off to 34.8 percent in the second half.

A layup by Slater ignited a 15-4 run and a pair of free throws by Slater gave Lipscomb a 71-68 lead with 4:01 left. The Bisons (9-6, 4-2 Atlantic Sun) would lead the rest of the way. Slater finished 15 of 19 from the free-throw line.

Adnan Hodzic added 14 points for Lipscomb, and Jacob Arnett had 12.

Smith led North Florida (5-11, 2-3) with 16 points. Jimmy Williams and Andres Diaz each scored 13, and Jerron Granberry had 11.
