C.J. McCollum scored 31 points to lead Lehigh to a 79-76 win over Stony Brook in overtime Wednesday night.

McCollum hit a short jumper to give Lehigh the lead for good at 75-73 with 35 seconds remaining in overtime. McCollum, who made 10 of 19 field goal attempts, has scored at least 27 points in each of the Mountain Hawks' past three games.

Leading 42-41 with 16:25 to play in regulation, Stony Brook went on a 17-4 run to lead 59-45 with just less than 10 minutes remaining. With Stony Brook ahead 62-51, McCollum scored six of Lehigh's next nine points as the lead was whittled to 64-62 with 3:42 to play. McCollum's two free throws to tie the game at 66 with 1:42 to play were the final points in regulation.

Gabe Knutson added 18 points and Michael Ojo had 11 for the Mountain Hawks (4-3).

Bryan Dougher had 26 points and Al Rapier had 11 for Stony Brook (3-3).
