Laury's double-double leads Iona past Siena 86-72

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) David Laury scored 24 points, 15 coming in the second half, and grabbed 10 rebounds to help Iona beat Siena 86-72 on Sunday.
Laury has recorded a double-double in seven of his last nine games and has reached double-digit scoring in all 13 games he's played.
A.J. English had 17 points for Iona (9-5, 2-1 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference). Schadrac Casimir and Isaiah Williams added 14 apiece for the Gaels. Williams hit a team-high four 3-pointers as Iona hit 11 of 25 shots from beyond the 3-point arc.
Siena (5-8, 2-2) was led by Rob Poole with 21 points on 8-of-14 shooting. Lavon Long had 16 points, Marquis Wright 14 and Javion Ogunyemi 11. Siena held a 34-26 advantage on the glass, led by Ogunyemi with eight.
