Kansas to wear new USA jerseys after request from FIBA

Kansas’ men’s basketball team will be sporting a new look for the remainder of the World University Games.
The Jayhawks, who are representing the United States in the tournament, will be wearing jerseys that prominently feature “USA” across the chest.

The jersey change comes after a request from FIBA.
"FIBA asked us to enhance 'USA' on our jerseys and they gladly did it," KY Deputy Athletics Director Sean Lester explained over the weekend.
