KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) Kansas forward Perry Ellis participated in practice Wednesday and coach Bill Self expects his leading scorer to be available for the Big 12 tournament quarterfinals.

Ellis missed the top-seeded Jayhawks' regular-season finale against Oklahoma after spraining his knee in a game against West Virginia.

Self said after Wednesday's workout that Ellis would play against the winner of Kansas State-TCU unless he develops some soreness in the knee.

Self also said shooting guard Wayne Selden Jr. would be available after dealing with an ankle injury and small forward Brannen Greene would return from a one-game suspension.
