Jacksonville 74, Mercer 68
Delwan Graham scored 16 points and Ayron Hardy added 15 to lead Jacksonville over Mercer 74-68 on Sunday night.
The Dolphins (19-8, 12-5 Atlantic Sun Conference) shot 55.2 percent from the floor (16 of 29) in the opening half en route to a 37-30 halftime advantage.
Jacksonville stretched its lead to as many as 11, 56-45, with 12:19 left to play after reeling off 10 straight points in a 2:08 span.
The Bears (13-16, 10-8) answered with an 8-0 run that cut their deficit to 56-53 with less than 10 minutes remaining. Jake Gollon tied the score at 68 with 2:44 to go as both teams went scoreless over the next 2-plus minutes.
Graham broke the drought on a jumper with 26 seconds to play, giving the Dolphins a 70-68 lead.
Langston Hall scored 22 points and Chris Smith added 10 for Mercer, which had its five-game winning streak snapped.
