State Farm announced the finalists for the "Assist of the Year" on Wednesday afternoon. Seton Hall sophomore guard Isaiah Whitehead and Butler senior guard Kellen Dunham are among two of the candidates.

Whitehead, who is making the transition to the point guard position this season, was nominated for his over-the-head dish to Angel Delgado on Feb. 17 against Georgetown. The 6-foot-4 sophomore is third in the Big East in assists.

But was that play even Whitehead's best pass of the season?

Dunham, known more for his shooting, was nominated for a no-look dish which led to a Tyler Wideman dunk on Jan. 10 against Villanova.

The Assist of the Year nominees go head-to-head in a fan vote. Whitehead and Dunham, the conference foes, are matched up in this current round. Fans can vote here once a day until Monday.

A winner will be decided on March 10.
